This certification provides structured leadership and educational frameworks. Certification does not qualify participants as therapists, counselors, or licensed mental health professionals. Certification training is educational in nature and is not intended to replace professional mental health services.

Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during cohort environments. Participation is voluntary and educational in nature. Acceptance into the program requires completion of additional participation and licensing agreements prior to access.
